Mobius has been acting as fiscal agent for the first annual Mr Pants award, a fund created to support LGBTQIA+ Boston-area artists of Haitian descent.

The award, created to honor a Boston-based artist meeting these criteria, and named for the artist’s beloved cat, Mr Pants, offers an unrestricted grant of $1000 annually.

The recipient the 2021 Mr Pants award will be announced on Mobius’ social media accounts and on the Mr Pants Instagram page on December 17, 2021.
